San Jhooty

San Jhooty is the Chief Operating Officer of JHL Pharmacies, bringing almost two decades of experience within the Organisation and a strong track record in Operational Leadership and Workforce Governance.

San joined JHL Pharmacies in 2007 as HR Manager, overseeing Employment Law Compliance, Payroll, Training, and Health and Safety across the Business. In 2012, San was appointed HR Director, taking on a Strategic Leadership role focused on People Management, Organisational Development, and Regulatory Compliance.

In 2020, San was promoted to Chief Operating Officer for the Group. In this role, San is responsible for the day-to-day Operational Performance of the Organisation, supporting sustainable growth, regulatory excellence, and the delivery of high-quality, Patient-Centred Pharmacy Services.

San plays a central role in driving Operational Transformation, strengthening Governance, and developing high-performing teams across the group. San is recognised for a pragmatic, people-focused leadership style and a strong commitment to Quality, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
