Manjit Jhooty

Manjit Jhooty is the Chief Executive Officer of JHL Group, bringing over 15 years of senior banking, strategic management and business growth experience.

He began his career with West Bromwich Building Society before moving to Staffordshire Building Society, building strong expertise in finance, governance and organisational growth.

In 2007, he joined the family pharmacy business to stabilise and strategically expand the organisation.

Under his leadership, JHL Group has strengthened its governance, operational infrastructure and long-term growth strategy.

He led the relocation of the Group’s headquarters to a new flagship site in Walsall, reinforcing its regional commitment.

Manjit is responsible for overall strategic direction, performance and regulatory compliance across the Group.

He champions a strong performance culture, translating vision into measurable objectives at every level of the organisation.

He promotes a “one team” ethos, empowering colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centred services.

He also serves on several regional and national boards, contributing to economic and civic leadership across the West Midlands.
